New Poll Finds Americans are Divided on Fairness of Guantanamo Detention

TOPLINE RESULTS

1. U.S. law provides that a person cannot be detained beyond a reasonable amount of time without having a chance to establish his or her innocence. The United States government has held hundreds of detainees at Guantanamo Bay military prison in Cuba because of alleged links to terror operations.  They have been detained for nearly four years without being charged with a crime.

Knowing this, would you say that detaining these suspects at Guantanamo Bay is (ROTATE) fair or unfair? And would you say it is very or somewhat (fair/ unfair)?
